Questions
Does ReelQueue post anything without me?
No. A video is only posted when you press Post on the review screen, with the caption and settings you chose for that video.
What does ReelQueue get access to?
Your basic TikTok profile (name and avatar) and permission to post, or send as a draft, the videos you choose. Nothing else.
What happens to my video files?
A file is kept only until it has been sent to TikTok. Then it is deleted from our server.
Which videos can I post?
Finished vertical videos as MP4 or MOV, up to the maximum length TikTok allows for your account. ReelQueue checks the length before posting.
Can I disconnect?
Yes. 'Delete my data' on the dashboard removes your account and post history and revokes ReelQueue's access at TikTok. You can also remove access in TikTok's own settings.
Is ReelQueue made by TikTok?
No. ReelQueue is an independent app that uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
